The flat is ideal for exploring Cornwall, as it has quick, easy access to both North and South coasts, and to the A30 spine road. 

Food is available at the local pub, 5 minutes’ walk, and delightful eateries are at the Georgian port of Charlestown (2 miles), Luxulyan (3 miles), mediaeval Fowey (7 miles), the old fishing port of Mevagissey (6 miles).

Enjoy lovely coast path walks or stroll through woods at Luxulyan and Lerryn, laze on beaches, explore Lostwithiel’s antique shops, Bodmin Gaol, Falmouth’s Maritime Museum or National Trust gems like Lanhydrock (5 miles).
