The China Loft is a two-bedroom, two bathroom apartment on the first floor of a rebuilt China clay drying house, overlooking St Austell Bay. It is set in communal grounds, and the property has its own dedicated parking space.
Although it is very modern, the property has character, with floor-to-ceiling windows that make the most of wonderful sweeping sea views from the Gribben to Black Head.
The through living/dining room/kitchen has oak style laminate flooring with under-floor heating. The living area has a pair of comfy modern black leather sofas, a large TV, DVD and CD players.
The well-equipped kitchen boasts a built-in with a dish-washer, tall fridge-freezer, washer-drier, microwave, double oven, and ceramic hob.
An oblong table to seat six extends if required. Pots, pans, plates and utensils, glasses, an ironing board and iron are provided.

The bedrooms are carpeted - the master bedroom has an en-suite shower and loo, and there is a separate, family bathroom, with a shower over the bath.

Bunk beds sleep two in the second bedroom: the lower bed is 4 ft wide - a small double - while the upper bunk is a 3 ft wide single.
